Privacy Policy of the Institute for Market Reforms

Last update: February 2025

1. Controller of Your Data

The controller of personal data collected through this website is the Institute for Market Reforms with its seat at Al. Jerozolimskie 54 in Warsaw. We have been operating in the consulting industry since 2017 and apply hard rules of information protection. Our board, including Marek Zamoyski, is directly responsible for data order. We treat your data as seriously as our expansion roadmaps. We do not trade information and do not send spam. Our goal is simple: we want to know who we are helping to remove bureaucracy and how to contact that person for professional matters.

2. What Data Do We Collect and Why?

The rules are clear. We collect only what is necessary to prepare an audit or ratify a business plan. When you fill out our contact form, we ask for your full name, work email, and phone number. We need this information to call you back within 4 business hours and discuss decision-making blockages in your company. Additionally, our server automatically saves technical logs, such as your IP address, browser type, and time spent on specific subpages. We do this to ensure our site works quickly and without errors. We do not profile your behavior for advertising purposes.

3. Legal Basis and Storage Period

We process your data based on your voluntary consent, which you express by sending us a request for a quote. It is also necessary to take action before entering into a hierarchy audit contract. We store your data only for the time needed to fulfill the purpose. If after our conversation you do not decide to cooperate, we delete your request within 90 days. If you become one of our 47 regular clients, your contact details will be in our database for as long as our contract for business project ratification lasts. After the end of the collaboration, we only store documents required by Polish tax law for a period of 5 years.

4. Cookies

Our site uses cookies. These are small text files saved on your computer. We use them for two purposes. First, so the site loads correctly and remembers your settings. Second, we use simple analytical tools that show us which articles about the costs of bureaucracy are most read. Thanks to this, we know what topics interest owners of companies employing up to 180 people. You can disable cookies at any time in your browser settings. The site will continue to work, although some technical functions may be limited. We do not use cookies to track you on other portals.

5. Data Recipients

We do not sell your data to anyone. Only our analysts (a team of 9 people) and technical companies that help us maintain the server and email have access to it. Each of our subcontractors has signed a hard confidentiality agreement. Your data does not go outside the European Economic Area. If your company undergoes an expansion plan ratification process, selected data may be shared with state authorities only to the extent required by law or to obtain specific market permits mentioned in your roadmap.

6. Your Rights

You have full control over your data. You have the right to inspect them, correct them, and request total deletion from our database. If you believe your data is processed contrary to the rules, you can file a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office. To exercise your rights at the Institute, simply send a short email to biuro@instytutreform.pl. You do not need any special forms for this. We will respond to your request within 48 business hours. We respect your time and your privacy, which is why these procedures are simplified with us to the maximum.

7. Information Security

We have eliminated bureaucratic chaos in our IT systems as well. We use SSL connection encryption, which you can see as a padlock next to our website address. Our databases are secured against unauthorized access. Only a designated analyst dealing with your industry has access to your application. We regularly audit our own systems to be sure that no information about your expansion plans or board problems leaks outside. Order in documents is for us the basis of legal security for every client.

8. Changes to the Policy

The rules may change if Polish law or the technology we use changes. Every new version of the privacy policy will be published on this page with a new update date. We do not plan to introduce drastic changes because our philosophy is constant: the fewer unnecessary data we collect, the safer your company is. If you have any questions about how we protect your interests, feel free to contact us by phone at +48 22 690 43 87. We are here to build hard profit rules, and that requires mutual trust.
